Before a purchase
The pricing page describes a single planned annual offer. A verified live checkout and its final billing/refund information must be available before any customer purchase. No trial or unsupported refund guarantee is advertised.
Cancellation and refund are different
Cancellation changes renewal or the subscription term; it does not necessarily return money. A refund changes the paid order state and can revoke license eligibility.
Future billing questions
Use the support form with a non-secret order reference and a brief explanation. Do not send card details or license keys. A specific refund window is not offered until the live merchant policy is finalized and displayed before purchase.
Existing rights
