The planned annual license and the current limits of distribution.
Annual offer
USD 100 per year, three activations, no free trial. Sales are opening soon; this website does not issue a public purchase entitlement.
Device transfer
Activation, validation and deactivation are separate operations. An installation must be deactivated before transferring its activation. A refunded or expired license cannot create a fresh active installation.
Distribution
Unsigned internal validation packages are not commercial releases. macOS and Windows native installers remain subject to verification; Linux distribution signing is pending. No public source repository or unrestricted source license is granted by this website.
Third-party components
The product uses third-party components subject to their own notices and licenses. A public signed distribution must carry the corresponding notices. Release-specific notices will accompany the package when it is published.
