Privacy & data flow
Effective 9 October 2026. Clear boundaries between local observation, optional diagnosis and support.
Local observation
The native monitor reads process names, IDs, relationships, memory and activity to evaluate protection. Local decision logs omit application names and are bounded. Documents, browser history and window titles are not sent as diagnosis telemetry.
Optional AI diagnosis
A valid installation and explicit consent are required. Accepted fields are platform, total/available memory, pressure category, protected-process count, stale-helper count and aggregate pressure-stall information. Jobs and recommendations are isolated by installation and user scope.
The AI provider
Aggregate diagnosis is processed by OpenAI through a dedicated product configuration. Requests disable response storage through the request setting, but that setting is not a promise of zero provider retention. Provider processing remains subject to the applicable project and provider policies.
Licensing
License operations use HTTPS. Server-side keys and installation tokens are represented by digests. Random installation identifiers are used instead of hardware fingerprints. Customer names and emails from licensing responses are discarded by the product integration.
Website and support
Public pages include no analytics, advertising pixels or external fonts. The reverse proxy can process network/security data. Authenticated backoffice sessions use secure cookies. If you submit support, your email, topic, message, reference and timestamps are stored privately for the operator; no automated email is sent.
Retention and requests
Aggregate jobs, minimal licensing state, support requests, audit records and cost evidence persist in the product database and private backups. An automated deletion schedule is not currently implemented. Session expiry is enforced. The cost ledger is retained to prevent budget resets. Ask for access, correction or deletion through the support form; no unsupported retention promise is made.
